Staff Sergeant Seth Ryan Andrews, 24, of Raeford, NC, formerly of Moberly, died December 10, 2011 in Raeford. He was born January 18, 1987 in San Angelo, TX. He was a 2005 graduate of Moberly High School. He then enlisted in the US Army and had served tours of duty in Afghanistan, and most recently returning home from Iraq in November. Seth was a paratrooper and received numerous awards and medals. Seth married Hillary Morgan on April 16, 2009 in Fayetteville, NC. Survivors include his mother and father Debbie and Joseph Cooke of Moberly, grandparents, Michael Kilpatrick of Virginia, Rita Cooke of Moberly, two brothers Michael Cooke of Phoenix, AZ, Joshua Cooke of Licking, MO, a sister Melissa Cooke of Phoenix, AZ, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by grandmother Beatrice Kilpatrick and grandfather Archie Cooke. Services will be Tuesday, 10:30 AM at Cater Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Stoutsville Cemetery in Stoutsville, MO. Visitation will be Monday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cater Funeral Home.
