James Buchanan Wills was my 3rd great grandfather, who came to Texas to get a homestead. He married Amy Shackelford, and they raised their children in Bell County, Texas. Their daughter, Tabitha was my 2nd great grandmother, who died when her son Reuben Dallas, was just 10 and other children still at home also.

James and Amy are buried at the Dallas Cemetery in Bell County, TX. The cemetery was established with a donation of 2 acres, by my 2nd great grandfather, Alexander James Dallas, upon the death of his wife, Tabitha. He wanted to have her buried at the homestead where they raised their children, and he remained living all his life.
