Lorraine Barnett Trantham, 71 of Hendersonville, North Carolina, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 6, 2009.
She was born on February 9, 1938, to the late Woodrow W. Barnett and Ruth Gillespie Barnett. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Curtis Trantham, he died in 1995.
Survived by two sons, Jeffory Curtis Trantham and wife Teresa of Mills River, North Carolina and Jerry Dean Trantham and wife Kathy of Fletcher, North Carolina; five grandchildren; one great-grandson and a great-granddaughter due in October.
A graveside service will be held at 3:30 pm at Shepherd Memorial Park. Mr. Richard Rhodes will officiate.
