Alan Keith Larson, 77, passed away Friday, Dec. 16, 2011. Service: Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael Catholic Church in Bedford. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., in the chapel of Forest Ridge Funeral Home in Hurst.
Alan was born April 8, 1934, in Fargo, N.D. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. Alan retired from the FAA as an air traffic control area manager.
Survivors: Loving wife, Lyn; son, Alan Jeffery; daughters, Gina Marie, Hillary Ann, Alaina Lyn; brother, Robert; sister, Karen; and grandchildren, Anika Lyn and Zackery Lucas.
