AARON GERALD BLEVINS SR.
PORT LAVACA - Aaron Gerald Blevins Sr., 88, of Port Lavaca, passed away Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011. He was born Jan. 30, 1923, in Meridian to the late Walter and Dora Hardwick Blevins. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
He is survived by daughter, Marjorie Jeanette Keller and husband Chan of Mobile, Ala.; son, Aaron Gerald Blevins Jr. of Port Lavaca; sister, Barbara Husak of Port Lavaca; brothers, Harold and Glen Blevins of Port Lavaca; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marjorie Blevins; and brothers, Rufus, Leroy, and Larry Jo Blevins.
Visitation will be held 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011 at Freedom House Assembly of God in Port Lavaca. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011 at Freedom House Assembly of God. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Freedom House Assembly of God.
