LODI OFFICE STOCKTON RECORD, June 15 - Succumbing to a brief illness, Joseph W. Adair, 55, a native of Kansas, died yesterday at the home of Clyde Adair, his brother, on North Cherokee Lane. The body is at Hale & Bawden Chapel and funeral arrangements will be announced later. Surviving are three daughters - Miss Ione Adair and Miss Josephine Adair, both of Kansas, and Mrs. Irene Hegler of Iowa. He was the brother of the Lodi man and of Rene and Rom Adair and Mrs. Carrie Sawyer, all of Kansas.
