In the obituary it is stated that she was born in Giles County, Virginia. She shows up in the 1900 census as a servant in the DR. James Hamilton household where she was listed as being born October 1868 in Virginia.There are several different births dates for her,the first one is the one from the 1900 census that I am using for now until I can find further proof.. The doctor and his family show up in the 1910 census in Cedar Valley, Blaine County Oklahoma with Vickie going with them. It was in Blaine County Oklahoma where Vickie and Doctor Clinton Butler were married Feb 14, 1901. They were the parents of four children, Grace, Sam, Emma, and Anna.
