In the name of God Amen: I Henry Young of Sumner County and State of Tennessee being very sick in body but of perfect mind and memory, calling into mind the mortality of my body; do make and ordain this my last will and testament.
First: I give and bequeath all the property which I possess to my beloved wife Mary Young during her natural life, excepting such property

as can be spared off my plantation shall be sold to pay my debts. At her decease my property shall be equally divided among my children.
I also constitute, make and ordain my wife Mary Young and Henry McAdin sole Executors of this my last will and testament. I do hereby disallow of all other wills legacies & etc. ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 30th day of November and in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Ten. H. Young (Seal)
Signed, sealed, pronounced and declared as the last will and testament in the presence of:
Wilson YandellWilliam WhiteIsaac Cooper
