Eliza J. Long was the infant
daughter of William Riley Long
and Susan Caroline 'Scoggin'
Long.

The baby girl was the granddaughter
of Moses Long and Rhoda 'Atchley'
Long. Also Bird Scoggin and
Mary 'Webb' Scoggin.

At the time of the infants death,
she had 4 brothers: Madison Columbus,
Thomas Jefferson, Wm. Independence
and Franklin Pierce. Also an infant
brother who was born in May of 1862
and died in Nov. 1862. She also had
one sister, Mary Lou. After the death
of Eliza Jane, there were two sisters
born: Flora Hattie and Emma Maria.
