Arthur Lee Glover, 83 of Route 1, Mannington died Sunday, October 5, 1995 at the home of his granddaughter in Cambridge, Ohio. Born May 19, 1903 in Wetzel County, WV son of the late Emerson Lee Glover and Saphronia Coen Glover, he was a retired employee of the Hope Natural Gas Co. He was a member and deacon of the Union Valley Baptist church and Mannington Senior Citizens and the Golden Age Club. Survivors include two sons, Arthur Wayne Glover of Morgantown, WV and Carroll Buford Glover of Mannington, two daughters, Mrs. Oral (Thelma) Utt of Columbus, Ohio and Mrs. Imogene Helmick of Cambridge, Ohio, 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a sister, Opal Baker of Weirton, WV He was preceded in death by his wife, Olive May Cross Glover, who died 12 AUG 1976, four sisters, Rena Glover, Maude Ice, Dora Morris and Vera Snider, two brothers Joe and Theodore Glover and one grandchild. The family will receive friends at the Masters Funeral Home, Mannington, WV. Services will be held at the funeral home with the Rev Charles Chipps officiating.
