Evelyn Marie, is the name given to the baby that arrived last week at the John Regan home.

Erpelding Rites On Saturday
Mrs. Eveline Marie Erpelding, died yesterday evening at the Atchison hospital, where she was admitted early Monday after suffering an apparent stroke at her home. Mrs. Erpelding reportedly suffered a second stroke yesterday afternoon.
Prayer services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Louis church, Good Intent, with the Rev. Theodore Leuterman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The parish rosary is tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. at the Harouff-Arensberg chapel, with visitation from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Raymond and Richard Erpelding, Tim Regan, John, Edward and Donald Lutz.
Mrs. Erpelding was born Jan. 27, 1916, in Effingham, a daughter of John and Angela Lemke Regan. She attended St. Anne's grade school there.
She and Francis Erpelding were married May 26, 1937 at Sacred Heart church in Atchison, by Father Mark Merwick. The resided in Atchison county all their married life.
Survivors include her husband Francis of the home at Lancaster; five sons, Mike and Jim, Emporia, John, Royal Oaks, Mich., Dan Erpelding, route 3, and Tom of the home; five daughters, Mrs. Duane (Lucille) Cameron, Lancaster, Mrs. Gary (Jean) Behrens, Horton, Miss Marjorie Erpelding, Lubbock, Tex., Miss Susan Erpelding and Mrs. Rita Anslinger, of the home; a sister, Mrs. Alfred E. Lutz, Atchison and two brothers, Vincent Regan, Atchison, and Wulfran Regan, Lawndale, Calif., and 10 grandchildren.
Mrs. Erpelding was a member of the Lancaster Homemakers Unit, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a communicant of St. Louis church of Good Intent.
