At the age of eight he is living with his mother, Irene R. Bernier Conroy and step-father, Charles R. "Chuck" Conroy.
In 1956 he got a baby brother. In 1957 the family left Providence, RI. and moved to Los Angeles, CA., where he graduated from La Puente High School and entered the US ARMY.
He owned a motorcycle and loved to ride. He was a member of VFW #81 in Madera, CA.
After his military service, Dennis married and they had a daughter. He worked at the Stardust Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
He was survived by his family and many friends.
