Mrs. Burner, who was born in Upland, California, died Thursday.
She graduated from Newport (Washington) High School.
In 1933 she married John Burner in Priest River, Idaho.
Mrs. Burner and her husband were owners of the old B&G Market in Spokane.
She moved to Green Valley, Arizona, 24 years ago and to Jackson two years ago.
Mrs. Burner was a charter member of the Philanthropic and Educational Organization Chapter CW in Spokane and was a 50-year member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization Sisterhood.
Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Jack Burner of Anacortes, Washington; a daughter, Joan Andrews of Jackson; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Burner was born in October 5, 1911, to Joseph and Mary Schirmer in Upland, California. She married John Everett Burner on September 2, 1933, in Priest River, Idaho.
She was a graduate of Newport High School and attended Kinman Business University. She was a charter member of PEO Chapter CW in Spokane, Washington, an international philanthropic organization. She was a past president of PEO Chapter CA in Green Valley, Arizona. Burner was also a 25-year member of the Community Church in Green Valley. She and her husband were owners of the old B&G Market at Sprague and Freya in Spokane.
She spent the past 24 years in retirement in Green Valley, Arizona, before moving to Jackson to live with her daughter. While in Jackson and in good health, Burner enjoyed using her skills at crafts to contribute and help with the Soroptimists' annual Christmas Tree Festival.
Ann is survived by her son, Jack Burner, of Anacortes, Washington, and her daughter, Joan Andrews, of Jackson; grandson Scott Burner and granddaughter Stephanie Meinhausen and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2, in the Mausoleum Chapel in Spokane, Washington. Arrangements were made by Valley Mortuary in Jackson.
