Lucinda Pomeroy is the daughter of Elisha Pomeroy and Submit Green. She was born in Lyme, NH and had a child, Maria, with Peter Dygert in Minden, Montgomery, New York in 1802.
She married Oliver Wilcox Jr. around 1803 and had two daughters: Sally Sarah and Lucinda before her death around 1805 or 1806.
Oliver married Lucinda's sister Laura Pomeroy and moved to Lyme, Jefferson, New York. Their first child, Samantha, was born in 1807.
