Age 88. Passed away Feb. 20, 1966 in St. Mary's Hospital, Racine, after a short illness. Mrs. Carey was born in Chocolay, Mich. on Sept. 12, 1877. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Beatrice and George Stuempfig of Racine, with whom Mrs. Carey had been visiting while in Racine; also other children living away from Racine. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 23, 10 a.m. in St. Margaret's Catholic Church, Sagola, Mich., Rev. Joseph Felix officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Crystal Falls, Mich. The late Mrs. Carey is being forwarded to the TONDIN FUNERAL HOME, Iron Mountain, Mich., for services and interment by the WILSON FUNERAL HOME, 1139 Blaine Ave., Racine.
