He retired as Distribution Manager for H.J. Heinz Co., Mechanicsburg; served his country for six years in the National Guard; was a graduate of Rutgers University; and was a member of Mount Calvary Episcopal Church, Camp Hill. After retirement, Timothy, along with his wife Patricia, began their second career as antiques dealers with booths in the Shrewsbury Antique Center, the New Oxford Antique Center and the Lemoyne Antique Marketplace
Timothy was born in Haddonfield, NJ to the late Herbert and Isabell (Gilbert) Schofield.
He was a devoted husband and loving father and grandfather. Left to mourn his passing are his soul mate and dedicated wife of 48 years, Patricia M. (Blades) Schofield; two sons, T. David Schofield, Jr. of Kane'ohe, HI and Dr. Dean A. Schofield of Boone, NC; a sister Cynthia S. Olivier of Gibbsboro, NJ; and granddaughter Lauren Elise Schofield.
A memorial service with Eucharist will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 in Mount Calvary Episcopal Church, Camp Hill with the Rev. Duncan H. Johnston, Rector officiating. Inurnment will be in the church's columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Mount Calvary Episcopal Church, 125 N. 25th St. Camp Hill, PA 17011.
