A 33-year resident of Alaska, Mrs. Evelyn Mitchell Ayer died Oct. 4 at Wesleyan
Hospital in Seward. Sixty-four at the time of death. Mrs. Ayer had resided in
Homer since 1960, living previously in Fairbanks and Anchorage. Surviving are
her husband, Wilbur Ayer of Homer, a daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Lankford of Montana
Creek, and two brothers in Montana.
