DENNIS M. BIGGS, 54, of Winfield, formerly of Huntington, died Oct. 14, 2004. Mr. Biggs was a deckhand leader for the Ohio River Co. for 16 years. Surviving relatives are his mother, Mrs. Georgia Adkins of Winfield; two daughters, Heather Biggs and Denisha Biggs; two sons, Michael Todd Biggs of Huntington and Anthony Michael Biggs of Winfield; one sister, Judith Ann Morales of Phoenix, Ariz.; as well as his special friend, Anne Ellis of Portsmouth, Ohio, and children of his heart, Jessica and Mary. Mr. Biggs' service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the Chapman Funeral Home Chapel, Winfield, with burial to follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton, with Pastor Burt Hall officiating.
