Bennie enjoyed camping, fishing and bingo. He was a friend to everyone, and never met a stranger. Bennie was a 100% service connected disabled veteran but was self-employed all of his life until he retired in 1996 because of his illness. He most enjoyed his retirement with fishing buddies Freddy & Faye Derouen and Al Harrison, cruising the lake and drinking coffee on the docks early morning.

Bennie was a Christian who loved the Lord so much he liked to say he was saved 3 times and baptized twice, and saved by grace. So we know we will meet him in heaven. We love you Bennie, you will be missed but we will all meet again.
