Maudie Bell Sanderson, Edwards, 92, died April 19, 1989 at her son's home in Chattanooga. Mrs. Edwards, who was the widow of Wiley Enloe Edwards, (who died October 26, 1974) lived most of her life in the Cloverport Community of North Hardeman County.
She was the daughter of the late Louis Tabner and Lucinda Glidewell Sanderson.
The Edwards family will receive visitors from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday evening, April 20th at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Bolivar.
Mrs. Edwards was a member of the Maple Springs Baptist Church near Mercer, TN.
Her services will be held at the church Friday, April 21st at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Lynn King of Paris, Tennessee will officiate.
Mrs. Edwards is survived by a son, Mr. W. L. Edwards of Chattanooga, a step-daughter, Miss Laura Pauline Edwards of Inverness, Fl., three grandchildren and a great-grandson. Shackelford Funeral Home 658-5277
