Hazel Hunt of Weatherford died November 21 2001 in Weatherford, Texas. Hazel's services were at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford on the 26th. Burial was to follow at East Greenwood Cemetery.

Born Feb. 24, 1909, in Weatherford, she was a graduate of Weatherford High School, Weatherford College and Texas Wesleyan University and married Charles W. Hunt in 1929. She was a school teacher in Irving and San Antonio. She also taught piano and was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hunt in 1963.

She is survived by her sons, Larry Hunt of Decatur and Charles Hunt of Keller; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-granchildren; a nephew, Bobby Jenkins of San Marcus and a niece, Emma Dean Chenoweth of Mineral Wells.
