She is survived by her loving husband to whom she married on December 8, 1952, John Claude Lewis; a daughter, Ann Hedrick; a son, John Michael Lewis and his wife Joette; four grandchildren, William “Chris” Claude Lewis, Joseph Jacks, Bridgett L. Jacks, and Jon Michael Lewis; two great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Lewis and Zoella Marie Jacks; two sisters, Ann & Ellen; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Clyde Baldwin
