Brenda Faye Mantlow Adams, 57, of Cedar Hill, died Wednesday at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Mutter officiating.

Interment will follow in Bellwood Cemetery in Adams.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the Robertson County Funeral Home.

Mrs. Adams was born February 11, 1953 in Detroit, MI to the late Bobby and Wanda Mantlow.

She was the former owner and operator of the Dixie Maid in Springfield.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Simon Jerry Adams.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her sons: Agapito "Buzzy" Capalungan of Adams, Jeremiah Adams of Springfield, Shane Adams of Greenbrier, daughters: Angela Kirk of Springfield, Rhonda Hollis of Adams, Cristina Barnhart of Cedar Hill, Lisa Mabrey of Murfreesboro, brothers: Bobby Ray and Bobby Joe Mantlow both of Detroit, Phillip Mantlow of Cedar Hill, James Ray Mantlow of Springfield, Michael Barnes of Springfield, sister: Donna Shores of Springfield, special friend: Dolores Lehto of Adams, 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren
