Censuses, all in Mount Vernon, OH: Her appearance in the 1860 census shows her to be born about 1825; for 1870, about 1818; and for 1880, again about 1825. Supposedly she aged 17 years from the first census to the next, then only about 3 years in the succeeding comparison. She was "Jane" in the 1860 and 1880 censuses, and "Jennie" for 1870. But finally, her gravestone (and cemetery record) states that she died in 1890, and was aged 72 years.
So, she may have been born ca 1825.
