Mrs. Sarah Ann Emrick
The funeral of Mrs. Sarah Ann Emrick of near Germantown, took place yesterday at the Lutheran Church at that place. Rev. Siebert officiating. She was an aunt to Police Chief Whitaker of Dayton, she and his mother having been sisters. He attended the funeral .
The decreased was 73 years old and leaves a husband and nine living children, four being dead. She was married to Louise Emrick fifty-six years ago. They had twenty-five grandchildren. Mrs. Margaret Stump and George and Christopher Morningstar a sister and brothers survives her, besides the immediate members of her family.
