Mildred Louise Erdman, 88, was a daughter of Albert and Verna Bramley Smith. She married Verne W. Erdman on June 8, 1946 n Decatur. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Elizabeth Grady and her niece, Margaret Juran.

Survivors include her husband; four sons, William (Jan) Erdman, Webster Groves, Mo.; Richard (Merline) Erdman, Sterling; James (Susan) Erdman, Chenoa and Steven (Gina) Erdman, Barrington Hills; 13 grandchildren, Nat and Maggie Erdman, Amanda Erdman, Corinne (Jarod) Nye, David Erdman, Michael (Danielle) Erdman, Katie Erdman, Sam, Grace, Charlie, Anna, Claire and Jack Erdman and two great-grandchildren, Connor and Spencer Nye.
