Wheeler, Steuben county, June 4, 1862, and was 81 years of age. She spent her early life in the town of Milo. In 1876 she married George E. Coon, who died in 1933. She has lived in Dundee for the past 20 years. She was a member of the
Dundee Methodist church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Foldine Fultz of Dundee; three sons,
Edwin Coon of Rushville and Walter and Edwin Coon of Dundee; two brothers, Fred
Andrews of Pleasant Valley and William Andrews of Dundee; three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Yost of Himrod, Mrs. William Pound of Dundee and Mrs. Ross Silsbee of Bath; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the Sargent funeral home, with Rev. Horace Pittman officiating. Iterment was in Hillside Cemetery.
