BURNETT EUGENE (BUFFALO) CAIN, 71, died Tuesday November 9, 1982 in a local hospital. He was a native Houstonian, born February 5, 1911. Mr. Cain worked in the Sheriff's Dept. until he enlisted in the Navy during WWII, returning from the service he worked for the Katy Railroad, and then was a City employee in the Water Dept., until he retired June, 1973.
