Patricia L. Van Dyke, aged 71, of Grand Rapids, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2005 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Eleanor Endres and her brother, Phillip Endres. She is survived by her husband, David Van Dyke; children, David Van Dyke, Chris (Michelle) Van Dyke and Greg (Tamara) Van Dyke; granddaughter, Theresa Van Dyke; sister, Gail (Al) Gordon; brother-in-law, Lee Van Dyke; also nieces and nephews. Patricia was a graduate of Creston High School and went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She owned and operated the Prep Sports Center. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Eugene Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Fairplains Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet the family Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave. N.E. at Three Mile Rd.
