Charles Columbus Alexander, 90, formerly of Lyman, widower of Irene Smith Alexander, died April 16, 2003, in Concord, California.

A native of Anderson County, son of A.C. and Dora Alexander, he was a retired employee of Lyman Printing and Finishing, a U.S. Army World War II veteran and a member of Lyman Wesleyan Church.

Surviving is his daughter, Charlyce Norris, of Clayton, Calif.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. - The Wood Mortuary Inc.
