Audrey went to join our Lord July 17, 2006. She was born February 24, 1927 in Callaway, Nebraska to Emery and Sylvia Province. After her graduation she moved to Pierce, Idaho, where she met and married Neal F. Fry. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Neal; her parents; one sister and three brothers. She is survived by her three loving children, son Robert Fry; two daughters Patricia and James Stanton, Sr., Susan and John Owen, all of Spokane Valley, WA; three loving grandchildren, James and Carey Stanton, Jr. of Overton, NV, Michelle and Warren Stowell of Liberty Lake, WA, Joseph and Sarah Stanton of Spokane, WA; seven of the best great-grandchildren, one great-granddaughter Crystal Stanton and six great -grandsons, Paul Neal Stanton, Aaron Stanton, Tyson Stowell, (twins) Noah and Jack Stowell, and Tyler Stanton. Audrey was very proud of her three grandchildren, all of whom are teachers. She leaves behind her brother Thomas; sisters Mary "Edith" Woodard and Laura Albin; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by all for her smile, always being there to listen. No matter what the circumstances, sad or happy, she was always there to listen. Audrey was the happiest when making dinners or desserts for her family. At her request. there will be no flowers but memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 911 W. 5th Ave., Spokane, WA 99204 to help the children or to the VA Medical Center, 4815 N. Assembly, Spokane, WA 99205 to help all of our vets. A Graveside Committal Service will take place at 10:00 AM Monday, July 24, 2006 at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. Arrangements are under the guidance of HAZEN & JAEGER VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 1306 N. PINES RD., SPOKANE VALLEY, WA 99206.
