John married Elizabeth(no last name) in 1859 in Indiana and they had daughter, Florence Belle Barnes 1859-1920.
1862 married Didema Louder(she brought 3 daughters into this union(Sarah, Floretta and Nancy from her1st marriage to John Lewis)) in Indiana. She and John had 2 children, George Washington 1862-1942 and Laura E 1866-1888.
1880 June 30 census shows John living w/Didema.
1904 Didema died.....
1907 John married Ruth Benson Hall
At age 87, John died. Buried in Winchester Cemetery.
John was Express Agent, store proprietor in Rural, Indiana
