Born in Westfield and a resident here all his life, he was a self-employed painter and decorator for 40 years.
He was a communicant of Holy Trinity R.C. Church, where he had been an usher many years.
Mr. Bonnetti is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rose Ricci Bonnetti; a son, Jerry D. of Westfield; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara A. Smith of Barrington, R.I.; four brothers; John and Joseph of Westfield and Anthony and Samuel of Elizabeth; five sisters, Mrs. Josephine Novello, Mrs. Eleanor Boger and Mrs. Violet Duelks, all of Westfield; Mrs. Angela Renna of Waterbury, Conn.; and Mrs. Mildred Checcio of Fanwood; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Saturday from Gray's Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. from Holy Trinity Church. Visitors may call at Gray's from 3:30 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. today and 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. tomorrow.
