Also surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Paul (Eleanor) Bernhart and Mrs. Jack (Bobby) Love, both of Waynesburg, Mrs. Joseph (Louise) Maize of Dover, O., and Mrs. Valent (Agnes) Moson of Hinckley, O.; two sons, Maynard C. of Pittsburgh and Robert G. (scopy) Wood of Wayneburg; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandson.

One sister, Mrs. Lloyd Morris, a brother, Floren T. Wood, and two infant brothers preceded him in death.

He was the last of his immediate family.
