Thomas Marvin Berryman, 76, died March 27, 1973 in the Gilmore Memorial Hospital at Amory. Funeral services were held March 29, 1973 in the Pine Grove Methodist Church with burial in the Liberty Cemetery with Pickle Funeral Home in charge. A resident of Route 1, Nettleton, Mr. Berryman was born in Alcorn County. He married Zelma Elizabeth Faulkner in 1917. They lived in the Pine Community since their marriage. He was a retired employee of the Fifth District of Monroe County, was a member of the American Legion and of the the Pine Grove Methodist Church. A Mason, he was a veteran of World War I.

Survivors included his wife; a son, Grady Marvin of Brockwood, Ala.; one daughter, Mrs. W. H. Riddle of Amory; three brothers, Louis Berryman of Egypt, Eddie Berryman of Columbus, Ga., and Fred Berryman of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Daisy Gollarher of West Point; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
