She was raised in Royalton, New Brunswick, and was a graduate of Centreville High School in 1955. Aileen worked as a cook at Smith's Truck Stop, Blaine, for many years.
She is survived by two sons, Ray Hawksley and his wife, Laura, of Jamaica, Vt., and Rick Hawksley of Mars Hill; three daughters, Shari Snow of Plymouth, Sandy Smith and her husband, Kevin, of Gorham, and Susie Polk and her husband, Jim, of Lincoln; and 10 grandchildren, Sarah Hawksley, John Hawksley and his wife, Amber, Josh Hawksley, Justin and Gillian Snow, Carly Smith and her fiance, Mike Joyce, Gabrielle and Erik Smith, Lindsay and Jared Flewelling. She was predeceased by her parents; and the father of her children, Lewis Hawksley.
