Mrs. M E McGlothlin, wife of J. D. MCGLOTHLIN, who lives 3 miles south of town, died Wednesday, pneumonia. She was 69 years, 9 months, 2 days old. Owing to that her husband was in bed with pneumonia and bad weather, the funeral services were postponed but her remains were laid to rest in the Fairmount cemetery yesterday. She was a devoted member of
the Baptist church.
She was the mother of five children, three girls and two boys, L. W. MCGLOTHLIN of Hollis,
FRANK MCGLOTHLIN of Wellington, Texas, Mrs. R. L. SIMONSON of Gould, Mrs. IRA OWENS of Hollis and Mrs. LEE SHIPLET of New Mexico, all at her bedside at time of death.
The funeral services will be held in the future at the Baptist church.
