Al Murry of the Jacksonville Masonic Lodge, Warren Lodge 10, F&AM, will conduct the Masonic service. Memory Gardens Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
Mr. Kifer was born June 29, 1914, in Dover, Idaho. On Dec. 18, 1935, in Davenport, Wash., he married the former Eugenia McFarlane, who survives.
They lived in Tacoma, Wash., and Newport, Ore., before moving to Medford in 1961.
He worked as quality controlman for the U. S. Government. He was a member of the Mason' s Scottish Rites and Blue Lodge in Tacoma and of the Elks Lodge.
Survivors besides his wife include two daughters, Jeanette F. Kifer, Medford and Donna R. Boyd, Medford; one son, Robert A. Kifer, Idaho Falls, Idaho; two sisters, Carol Coffey, Puyallup, and Ruby Burkett of Anchorage, Alaska; his mother, Ruby Kifer, Brewster, Wash., and three grandchildren.
Those who wish, may pay their respects from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Radiation Therapy Department of Rogue Valley Hospital, Medford.
