Alma B. Pinkerton passed from life on earth to her etertnal life in heaven at the age of 85 years.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Robert and Bertha Sutherland, brothers Herman, Robert, Claude and Clifford Sutherland, and husbands, Floyd E. Stallsworth and Wayne E. Pinkerton.
She is survived by her nine children, spoues, and sister. She was the proud grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Left behind also is a number of nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
She loved the Lord and her church. Her day was always bright at the prospect of catching a fish or spending time with her children and grandchildren. While she will be missed by those here, we know she is at rest in the arms of Jesus, happy and free of pain.
Service will be 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Eastland Assembly of God Church . Moore's Southlawn
