Aldridge Store Expands- The Aldridge Store and Service Station, located at the south city limits was recently enlarged to nearly twice its original size,by an extension at the rear of the building. The addition is of sandstone with concrete floor making an ideal stock room. With more floor space the front of the store has also been rearranged making it much more attractive and convenient. Mr and Mrs Aldridge operate the store which enjoys a wide patronage from Thayer and the adjacent territory. Mr Aldridge returned from service a few months ago.
