F. W. KIRTLEY DEAD

F. W. Kirtley, a well known citizen throughout the north part of St. Clair county, died at his home in Lowry City Sunday evening from heart disease and dropsy from which he had been a sufferer for some time. He was 71 years of age and had been a resident of Lowry City and this part of the county since 1901. He is survived by his wife and two sons, C. M. and Frank Kirtley, both of Lowry City, and other relatives in this section. The funeral service was held from the home in Lowry City Monday morning at 11 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Hinkle of the M. E. church, South, followed by interment in the Appleton City cemetery.
