M. Madeline "Mamaw" Lively, 80 of 1446 Fogle Road, Stanley, died Monday, Jan. 21, 1991, at Owensboro-Daviess County Hospital. She was born in Ohio County and was a member of Stanley Baptist Church where she served as pianist for 24 years. Her husband, Oscar Lively, died in March 1971, and a son, David Lively, died in Novemeber 1990.
Survivors include two sons, James C. Lively of Lakeland, Fla, and Danny Lively of Stanley; five daughters, Beatrice Stone of Ocala, Fla, Anona Daugherty of Inman, S.C., Margie Crabtree and Jeanete hester, both of Owensboro, and Billie June Cappeli of Marietta, Ga; 22 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
