Romones DeLong, 76, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Kate Beck, at Bingen, Saturday. He was born at Topton, the son of the late Israel and Sarah Stoudt DeLong. His wife was the late Anna Hewston DeLong. Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Kate Beck, Bingen; Miss Marie DeLong, of Chicago; two sons, John, of Chicago, and George, of Montana; five sisters, Mrs. Louise Weil, of Topton; Mrs. Annie Youdt, of Sharon; Mrs. Ida Hartzog, of Mertztown; Mrs. Dora Long, of Stowe; Mrs. Monroe Spahn, of Swissvale; two brothers, George DeLong, of Stowe, and Peter DeLong, of Emaus; also five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. daylight saving time, at the house. Further services at 2:30 o'clock at Ebenezer Church, Bingen. Interment in New Jerusalem Cemetery, Leithsville.
