Linkin, our Blue Fronted Amazon sadly lost his life on November 7, 2011. He managed to chew through a blood feather on his right wing and lost too much blood. We tried to save him, and his vet though that he might recover. He was placed in an incubator. Sadly, two hours after we left to go home, we had to leave Linkin at the vet, he had a massive seizure and passed away. He was only 8 years old and we are devastated to the core. Our house will never be the same without him. I miss him so badly, but get some comfort knowing that he is with his brother Trent.
