She was preceeded in Death by her Husband, Arthur L. "Doc" Matlock,a granddaughter, four of her sisters, Ola Yancey, Francis Louise King, Ruby Coffey and Elsie Lorene Harris.
She was buried beside her husband in; Fairview Cemetery, Denison, Grayson Co., Texas.
