Carma June Taylor Whittle, 70, died January 27, 2006, in Provo, Utah. Carma was born June 26, 1935, in Provo, Utah, to Paul W. and Cecile Hatch Taylor. She was married to Charles Whittle in May 1953.
Carma graduated from Provo High School and after attended BYU. She was a secretary at BYU and in the banking business. She loved her family. She loved quilting and cooking. She was always helping others. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the Relief Society and was a Primary teacher. Throughout her life she endured a lot of illness.
She is survived by her children; 2 daughters, Circeli Whittle, CA; Quemby Rogers, Provo; 4 grandchildren, Nicole A. Rogers, Ryan Meg Rogers, Jordan V. Rogers, Kaitlin O. Starley Rogers, all of Provo, and a brother and 2 sisters and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Whittle, her parents and a cousin, Frank Taylor.
Graveside services will be held Monday, January 30, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. in the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo.
