DIES IN MADISON

Heart Failure Claims Mrs. John Eitel of Indianapolis

Mrs. Addie B. Eitel, wife of John Eitel, 1618 Shelby street, died yesterday at the home of her father, former mayor E. D. McGuire, Madison, Ind., where she was visiting.

Mrs. Eitel's death was directly due to heart failure, though she had been suffering from kidney trouble for two months.

Her husband left Indianapolis last nght and his tow brothers, Charles A., who is in partnership with him in a pharmacy at 1502 Shelby street, and Henry, 1805 North Meridian street, will go in time to attend the funeral tomorrow fternoon.

Besides the husband, Mrs. Eitel is survived by one child, a boy.
