Born June 5, 1934, in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Christian H. Banzhof and Helen Keller Banzhof Smith.
He was a member of the Corpus Christi Catholic Church, sang in the Adult Choir, was a member and Club Manager of the Knights of Columbus, and was a member of the Charles Nitterhouse Post #1599 VFW. Mr. Banzhof was a graduate of Lancaster Catholic H.S. 1953. Employed at Mack Truck for 30 years, he retired in 1991.

(Mrs. Alan) Wilkinson of Cranberry Twp., PA, Susan Valeriano of Silver Spring, MD, Patricia A. (Mrs. Douglas) Beaver of Camp Hill, son, Christian H. III (husband of Christina M.) Banzhof of Chambersburg; 10 grandchildren; sister, Gloria (Mrs. Walter) Hay of Lancaster; brother, Robert E. Banzhof of Chambersburg.
