The body of Mrs. Martha Ann Ashe, widow of Rev.Dr. A.J. Ashe, who died at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley P. Ashe, in Pittsburg, was brought to Connellsville Monday for burial in Hill Grove Cemetery. Rev. L. S. Elliott, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal Church, conducted the service at the grave.
Among the relatives accompanying the body weer Dr. Foster Ashe, a son, president of Miami University at Miami, Fla., and Mrs. Ashe, W. F. Ashe and Miss Louise Plotner of Kaukana, Wis., Dr. William Ashe of Cleveland, William Alter of New Kensington, Foster Alter of Meadville, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley P. Ashe, Dr. William Ashe and Miss Marjorie Ashe of Pittsburg.
