Survived by wife, Mary Huff Arnold, Zachary; a son, Michael A. Arnold, Zachary; a daughter, Connie Boyd, Zachary; a brother, Mack Arnold, Meadville, Miss.; and a granddaughter, Jessica Robyn Boyd.
He was a member and deacon of Galilee Baptist Church, Zachary.
